Life saving treatment for Luis Guevara

Hi, friends and family my name is Jason Vasquez and I’m in need of help urgently.
My wife’s father, Luis Guevara, has been admitted in intensive care in El Salvador due to (Covid-19) as of today and as most of you know, medical care during this pandemic is scarce. In, El Salvador testing is being limited due to the government wanting to test and treat certain people as well as only a few doctors knowing how to handle such virus. Our family tried to take him to a public hospital, but they weren’t able to see him right away. Our next and only option was to have him transferred and admitted to a private hospital who are charging us $4,000 a day to see him and they require payment daily. We had to give a $5000 deposit for him to be admitted and given that he is in intensive care that deposit will  be consumed by the end of day 1.   At this time, we do not know how many nights he will have to be in intensive care. Doctors are saying we have to place him on a ventilator. Due to Luis having diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart problems he is at bigger risk.

Due to the pandemic, Luis was unable to come back from El Salvador back in March, and traveling is still prohibited in the country, he is currently apart and away from his wife and children.

Familia y amigos, mi nombre es Jason Vazquez y les pido su ayuda urgentamente. Mi suegro, Luis Guevara, a sido ingresado en cuidado intensivo en El Salvador debido a Covid-19, como saben el cuido medico esta escaso durante esta pandemia. En El Salvador la pruebas estan limitados porque el gobierno eligen quienes lo reciben y quienes no recibe el tratamiento. Hay poco doctores en el pais que saben tratar el virus. Nuestra familia trato de llevarlo al hospital publico y no lo admitieron. La unica opcion era transferirlo y admitirlo a un hospital privado donde cobran $4,000 por dia donde se requiere diariamente. Tuvimos que poner un deposito de $5,000 para admitirlo y poder tratarlo en cuido intensivo. Por ahora el esta en ventilador para ayudarlo con la respiracion. Luis tiene diabetes, tension alta y problemas del corazon donde lo pone en mucho riesgo.

Por la pandemia Luis no pudo regresar a los Estado Unidos en marzo y por la restricciones en el pais el se mantiene solo sin su esposa y hijos.
