Life Saving Treatment for Tim

Dear Friends and Family,

Just about two weeks ago our good friend Tim Keddy was diagnosed with Cholangiocarcinoma, also known as Bile Duct Cancer.

Unfortunately the options for treatment, where he lives in Canada, are not promising. With the location of the cancer he is not a candidate for surgical tumour removal. The oncologists that he has met with have offered him palliative chemotherapy to try to give him some time.

Obviously this didn’t seem like a good option that Tim and his family could accept, so they started researching. After a significant amount of research & many conference calls with doctors in the US, he’s found a specialized integrative oncology clinic in Arizona that is willing and capable of treating Tim’s condition with a strong outlook for success. The doctor who owns the clinic has over 37 years of experience and has been operating the cancer clinic for more than 2 decades. He’s been helpful and has given their family a lot of hope and confidence that an integrative oncology approach will be successful for him. Tim will be starting treatment at this clinic in early June and his program will last for 6-8 weeks. The cost for the treatment alone at this clinic is approx $150,000 CDN.

As a result of this situation, Tim will be off work for an undetermined amount of time.

Tim is a very private man and not one to ask for help, but now finds himself in a situation that he must open up to receive some love!
