The battle against childhood Lymphoma–#LOGIESTRONG
Donation protected
Today marks 1 year of Logan’s cancer treatment, 1 year since his mother, Erin took him to the ER because something just “didn’t seem right”, 1 year since Erin was called into the doctor’s office to hear the words -- Your son has cancer (Lymphoma) --, 1 year since Erin and her families lives were turned upside down, having every hope, dream, plan for their future come to a screeching hault and the focus immediately become one day at a time, even one breath at a time with a sole focus of figuring out how to save their precious 8 year old’s life.
Logan still has a long road ahead with his cancer treatment, which hopefully will be over in March of 2025. He currently gets daily chemo treatment at home, as well as monthly IV chemo, antibiotic infusion, and spinal chemo. He is in weekly physical therapy for bone and nerve/muscle damage caused by the chemo.
Their entire world is upside down, one of the aspects people often don’t realize with a cancer diagnosis is the financial toll that come's with it. The demand of the parents physical time really limits their availability to work. Just this past week, Logan was in the ER 5 different times.
Please prayerfully consider how you can bless them this year, whether it is through this GoFundMe, through your connections in the community with places that could donate food or gas gift cards, or with your prayers. Every form of support is very much needed and deeply appreciated.
Each GoFundMe gift makes a difference in their lives, each gift lifts the burden of finances just a little bit, each gift let’s these parents take a deep breath and each gift gives this family HOPE.
Thank you so much for reading this far and please keep Logan and his family on your prayer list!
