Lifeline for my brother and his family
Donation protected
My name is Kim and I am raising funds to help my brother and his family during this unexpected time. My brother, Brian, was hospitalized Monday morning with an extremely high fever (107.5). He has not been feeling well for a while now and this was the final straw for my sister-in-law (Brenda) to take him to the emergency room. He had been very sick (flu symptoms plus some) that morning. After running some tests, he was positive for Sepsis. Of course I had to google what this was, but I knew after talking to Brenda, I knew this was not good. He was admitted to the hospital so they could monitor him, get him
hydrated and start some antibiotics. The antibiotics he was on did a number on his kidneys so they had to switch to a different antibiotic now. It has been ups and downs since Monday, now they are monitoring his kidneys as well as many other things. He has not been able to work since last week, Brenda has been trying to work most of the week and take care of their two boys. The medical bills are stacking up and with little income, my brother and his family could use any help they could get, especially with Christmas right around the corner. There is never good timing for things like this to happen and we are praying every minute of every day that Brian will get to go home and be with his family sooner than later. If you feel it in your heart and you are able to, please consider donating to them to help pay for the rising medical bills that are going to start coming in and to help out with paying all of their other bills, food and giving their boys a Christmas to remember (most importantly having their dad come home). Thank you from the bottom of my heart if you are able to help my Brother and his family out.
