Lifer for Life Coach Training

I've been given an opportunity to participate in a program called Coaching for Transformation, which is part of the organization Leadership that Works. I served 38 years in the California prison system, and I've been out on parole for a bit more than 8 months. I want to translate the skills I learned inside into the outside world, while helping others transform their own lives and, in particular, help other parolees make a successful transition back into society.
