Lift Eileen Up-Overcome Crisis to Regain Financial Stability

My name is Eileen and I need your help to get back on my feet financially. I'm in debt over $65k for back rent. I'm scared and don't have any resources. My sister lent me money ($50k) from her retirement fund that she planned on using to retire and relocate but I've halted her plans since I've been unable to get a job to pay her back as promised. My age is slightly over 65 and potential employers have evidently dismissed my resume as they presumably assume that I'm out-of-touch with current recruiting and HR tools.
