$8,325.00 NEEDED!
“When God leads you to it!”
As much as we want to help the entire world, sometimes we can only help what is right in front of us. Instead of getting frustrated with our limitations, we should embrace what we can do!
I ask for your help in this situation. I believe as a community we can come together to make mobility a bit easier for this beautiful mother and daughter team. They may feel that it has been them against the world but today, let’s show them they are not alone! Any donation large or small helps! Please donate today because together we can!
West End Pantry is classified by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt
501(c)(3)organization and your donation is tax deductible to the extent provided
by law. (EIN 81-1990405)
The Issue
Wendy and Ashley have figured out how to get by with a debilitating handicap to this point. Wendy, Ashley’s mom is getting older and as Ashley’s health deteriorates, she is finding it very difficult to move Wendy in and out of the house for appointments and up and down stairs with pure muscles alone. “As the day wears on, Ashley’s body tires quickly now and she becomes so unstable.”
The Solution
A Savaria vertical platform lift (VPL) M2 = $8,325.00. (Quote # 001299)
Monies raised will go directly to Power Stairlifts of the Lehigh Valley.
A lift will enable Ashley to go to and from her appointments in a safe and manageable fashion and take a huge physical burden off Wendy.
Side note: As Director of the West End Food Pantry, I have worked with the Pleasant Valley School District for years. We have had the best liaison who has brought this need to my attention!
