Lift the Lodato's Up

In December, the unthinkable happened to the Lodato family. Nobody ever wants to receive a call that your partner is on life support, but that was Leah's reality. After multiple days in ICU and multiple surgeries repairing organs that were damaged in a traumatic event, Vito ended up back in the hospital with further complications and more surgery required.

Thankfully he has been released from the hospital again, but still requires an in home nurse daily which means the medical bills continue. His recovery ahead is long, and he will be unable to work for the foreseeable future leaving the financial burden of not only regular life, but all the significant medical bills to Leah.

Between caring for their kids and dog, all the time at the hospital and holding down her day job, she needs her tribe/community to lift her up. If you know Leah, you know that she would never ask for help - even though she would help anyone of us with no hesitation.

Whether it's dropping groceries off at her house, offering to babysit her boxer, or supporting financially through here, the goal is show Leah there is a light at the end of this dark time.
