Help Me Support Suicide Prevention with 40lb Vest Challenge

I am excited to share that I will be participating in the San Francisco Half Marathon,

This event is not just about running; it’s about raising awareness and funds for a cause that is incredibly close to my heart—mental health support and suicide prevention.

As I run this half marathon, I will be wearing a 40lb weighted vest. This vest symbolizes the heavy burden that many carry when they are in pain or feeling hopeless. When I cross the finish line and remove the vest, it will represent the relief and hope that comes from reaching out for help. It’s a powerful reminder that we don’t have to carry our struggles alone, and that support is always available

Having personally faced the challenges of mental health, I am a survivor of an attempt and have emerged stronger on the other side. I have also experienced the profound pain of losing loved ones to suicide, including my uncle and cousin. Their stories drive me to advocate for change and to support those who are struggling.

I am raising funds for Save: Sucide awareness voices of education , an organization dedicated to providing mental health resources and support to those in need. Your donation will directly contribute to programs that help individuals find hope and healing.
