Lift Up Izzy Knight

Izzy Knight is a fun, energetic, and hard-working high school junior. She’s been a talented member of the Nease High School’s girl’s weightlifting team for three years. Izzy placed 6th in the state of Florida for Olympic and 7th for traditional this year in her weight class.

During a routine workout on March 30, 2024, Izzy’s last set fell from overhead onto her neck breaking her L1 vertebrae. After a 4+ hour successful surgery, Izzy is now faced with a long road to recovery.
