Light Up Henderson Field - Cromwell Little League

The future of the Cromwell Little League is about to get a LOT BRIGHTER!! We have just received approval from the town to install lights on Henderson Field! Through donations of time and materials from local contractors, we will be able to install the lights at a cost of $75,000. Henderson field will be fully lit for night games; Lindquist field will have one post of lights making its outfield ideal for practices.

With 316 children signed up to play ball this season alone, when the lights are installed, the Majors and Minors teams will be able to play night games! These expanded hours benefit the younger players who, for the first time, will have access to Henderson and Lindquist during the day. What a dream come true for these young athletes to have the full experience of hearing their names announced and seeing the score on the electronic scoreboards! With a fully lit field, we will be eligible to host tournaments in town, a first for Cromwell Little League!
