Miller fundraises for the Lighthouse Club

Mental health is often overlooked in the construction industry, yet it affects many. By joining the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity’s #MakeItVisible campaign, we aim to highlight this critical issue and support those in need.

The Lighthouse Charity is the only charity that provides emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to the construction community and their families.

Our Story So Far

At Hillhead Quarrying, Construction and Recycling exhibition, we branded four of our heavy-duty buckets in the Lighthouse Charity's #MakeItVisible colours. We also sold miniature models of our iconic Miller buckets and ran a ‘Guess How Many Footballs’ competition to raise donations.

Our employees have also led our fundraising efforts, from sponsored leg waxing to Euro’s penalty shootout competitions, always finding new ways to support the Lighthouse Charity.

Our Next Challenge

We’re preparing for the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge on 20th September - a 24-mile walk covering 5,200 feet of ascent in under 12 hours.

How You Can Help

Donations directly support the Lighthouse Charity's mental health initiatives in construction. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us #MakeItVisible.
