Lilian Needs Dyslexia Testing!
Here's the breakdown of the money she needs to get on track:
Evaluation -- The evaluation itself is $160. This is to determine exactly what tests are required. This cost is without insurance because of the untimely termination of Lili's job.
Testing -- The testing itself has been quoted at $700. Even when she had insurance, it was not going to cover that. Testing is required before any government assistance.
Assistive Software -- There are assistive programs that can help someone with Dyslexia, but they do have a fee. ($200 - This is an estimate should cover initial setup with the program, and use for a year.)
Allergy Test -- If we raise enough to cover Dyslexia testing (since that is priority) all donations recieved afterward will go to allergy testing. Without this diagnosis, she is unable to exempt herself from handling tomatoes in any job she might have. (They simply don't believe her.) Best estimates suggest $600 total for these tests, barring complications.
GoFundMe fees -- GoFundMe (quite reasonably) charges 5% of all donations, so a small portion of the money raised goes to that.
After that, the rest goes to unexpected costs. We'll end the fundraiser early if we get everything covered without any unusual troubles.
