Lillian Companion Memorial
Donation protected
As one of the most dedicated people to the development of umpires in Ontario, Rob Companion is a friend to everyone. His commitment to the LDBA umpires that he supervises and to the umpires he instructs at clinics and caravans is passionate and honest.
On Tuesday January 31, Rob lost his mother unexpectedly in her sleep. Lillian Companion was a fierce supporter of her family and loved watching Rob umpire. She also was madly in love with her two grandchildren whom she called her angels.
In her memory and as a sign of support for the Companion family in this time of grief, the umpire community in London and across Ontario would like to honour the memory of Lillian by planting a tree in Springbank Park and erecting a memorial plaque in her memory.
If you wish to be a part of this memorial to Lillian to show support for Rob and his family, please donate to the Lillian Companion Memorial.
