Lillian's ACL Surgery
After noticing Lillian limping on and off for a bit, Lee & I took her to the vet to see if maybe she'd strained something in her leg. As it turns out, she tore her ACL (we don't know when) and it's caused swelling in her joints and some atrophied muscle. Apparently, this is very common for her breed, and can be fixed with surgery and six weeks of rest. However, common as it is, it's fantastically expensive -- a whopping $4200. We are unable to cover this cost and in order to keep our little kid healthy and non-arthritic, we are hopefully turning to the compassion of our community to help us raise the money to get her back up and running!
Lillian is our world, and as many of you know, she's one of the sweetest pups alive. She longs to play again, and with your help, she'll be back on her A-game in no time. We appreciate any amount you're able to donate, and there are no words for how much this outreach means to our little family.
