Lilly Higgins Memorial

Last night, the Poteet-Higgins family was in a car accident on their way home. Corey and Ashley Higgins' daughter, Lillian Higgins, 11, passed away at the hospital after the crash. This tragedy is a real-life nightmare. Lilly was in the accident with her younger sister, Annabelle, 5, and her parents, who have non-life-threatening injuries. Lilly was a 6th grader at United Local Schools. She was spunky and stubborn with a big personality, always full of curiosity and making everyone around her laugh. Lilly had a brilliant and creative mind and loved to sing and draw. She loved everyone she met and especially loved her family. Lilly thought the world of her little sister, Annabelle, and loved playing, painting, and coloring with her too. A beautiful and innocent soul was taken far too soon.
