Anyone who has met Lilo knows... They just know what an amazing being she is. She is more than a puppy. She is a true friend, support system, & family to all she encounters. She knows if you're down, happy, or stressed, and is the first to be there consoling you with a tail wag, and snout on your shoulder and kisses until you smile. She has been there for so many. Especially for me, in my lowest lows, and good times as well. She is the first one there to cheer me up, and most consistent in my life.

Yesterday she was diagnosed with cancer. She has two cancerous rumors that need to be removed asap.
And it felt like my world was falling apart.

Now she is counting on all of us, during this hard time she has no idea she is even facing.

I'm not able to do this on my own, so, she needs all of us to be able to make it through to good health.

( I just started a new full-time job that has me out the door before 8 am, and back after 8 pm most days, except Wednesdays, making it difficult to be there for her after the surgery as well.) I also haven't gotten my first paycheck yet, so I don't have the resources for her to even get the surgery. Earlier this summer I was hit by a car, in an accident that put me back financially thus far.
This puts us in a difficult position as this surgery is of paramount importance for her life. Any amount helps. If we get to this goal, she can get the surgery as soon as next week! And then she will need to stay in the hospital for care for a few days as she heals. We are hoping our friends and family and any kind strangers are willing to help us reach our goal and save Lilo's life! We appreciate it so much. And send love to all.
