Lily, Jesse Gray, Diane & Richard Erickson

Hi My name is Natalie, and I am posting on behalf of some of the most incredible people on this earth who have suffered four tremendous losses over the past three months. One of my best friends Melissa and her partner DJ, who is my close cousin, have lost four immediate family members over the past three months. DJ's younger brother Jesse Gray passed away on May 17th after a long fought battle with addiction. Jesse was such a bright light in this world that managed to make everybody he encountered know how important they were! Just two days later, on May 19th, Melissa's incredible 9 year old special needs daughter Lily passed away due to her multiple challenges that her little spirit fought beautifully for so long.

Melissa and DJ were trying to cope with these two immense losses all while trying to adapt to a new form of life with two teenage boys, Ethan (17) and Jackson (14), and two baby girls Cynthia (3) and Maryella (1). On August 19th Melissa received a call that her mother had an accident at home and was placed on life support. The following day her father Richard took his own life while consumed with grief. Her mother succumbed to her injuries just five days later on August 25th. Her parents were such incredible people. They raised three loving children and have left behind a legacy of love, and are missed by so many.

With all of this being said, Melissa and DJ need support. Part of their tribe has rallied behind them to arrange child care and groceries for their family, so I am hoping that this will reach people that may be able to help with these costs. Anything helps even if it is sharing to everybody on social media to get the word out to there! There are so many wonderful people in all of our lives, and I hope that we can all join together to offer them some relief in their time of need.
