Make Lily’s dreams come true ❤️

Lily Jane Harley is a bubbly, affectionate and beautiful little girl. She lights up any room that she is in and brings so much joy to anyone around her. Just over a year ago, Lily was diagnosed with an aggressive, Grade 3, Ependymoma, a type of Brain Cancer of which has a high rate of recurrence in the brain and spine. This is something no child should ever have to go through. Over the past year, Lily has had both Proton Radiotherapy in Germany and Chemotherapy in Sheffield. Lily has undergone a gruelling treatment plan and has shown such resilience and bravery for a 3 year old. She has taken it in her stride with the biggest smile. I can’t put into words how proud everyone is of not only Lils, but her parents Em and Josh too. It has been unimaginable for them all and they’ve been SO brave and strong throughout.

Last Friday, Lily went for a routine MRI after having the last one in October come back clear. Unfortunately, it was the worst news. Lily’s cancer has come back in her brain and spinal fluid. There is nothing they can do and Lily has been given months to live. This is the most heartbreaking outcome and words cannot describe how unfair and cruel life really is. Em and Josh want to take Lily to Disneyland while she is still her happy and bubbly self. They want her to experience as much as she can in these last few months and spend as much time with friends and family as possible. Lily will absolutely adore Disney and we hope to give her the most magical experience any little girl can dream of. She deserves to have the best time and experience the true magic.

*We have been so overwhelmed by the response to Lily’s go fund me to go to Disneyland. We have exceeded this and are so so grateful to all of you for your donations and kind words. The money raised will go towards Disney and experiences and days out to make Lily’s next few months the best they can be. As much as I hate saying this, we also want the money to cover any funeral costs and bills for Em and Josh so they don’t have to stress about this during the worst time imaginable.
