Limon High School Boys & Girls Golf Teams

In memory of Vern Nall who passed away March 6, 2024 at the age of 90. Vern was born and raised in the Limon community, he started golfing in the 1960's and absolutely fell in love with the game. Some people say that golf is a sport you can play for the rest of your life....and dad did almost that, playing until he was 88 years old.

You could usually find Vern at the Tamarack Golf Club in Limon honing his skills and playing golf with his longtime friends. He enjoyed traveling to small towns like Akron, Sterling, Hugo, Flagler, Stratton, Burlington, Eads and others to meet up with friends and play in different tournaments in eastern Colorado. Oh, the stories we could tell...

Dad loved to see young people get involved in the game. In honor of Vern, and in lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Limon High Boys & Girls Golf Teams.
