Lina Torres Funeral Expenses

Hi my name is Angie Garza and I am reaching out on behalf of the family of our dear friend, Lina Torres. Lina was an all around great mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She was well known in the community of McFarland. Many will remember Lina for her amazing voice in the church choir and her involvement with the McFarland School District. Lina was committed to ensuring her four children were doing their best in school as well as showing them to be responsible and respectful. Due to her parent's declining health, Lina was their primary caretaker 24 hours a day. On May 1st 2023, Lina lost her older brother, Rene, and was responsible for ensuring her brother had a proper funeral. Lina suddenly lost her life six weeks later (6/17/23) at the young age of 44. Her parents have lost 2 out of their 3 children in less than 2 months. We ask that you have it in your hearts to help out Lina's parents, children, and husband. She deserves to have a proper farewell.
