Linda & Ted Kurkowski Need Your Loving Support

Dear Friends,

Our beloved KPC community members Linda and Ted Kurkowski have been devoted students of KPC Founder and Spiritual Director Jetsunma Ahkon Lhamo since the early 1980's. Their generous physical and fiscal support over many decades helped Jetsunma establish her Dharma centers in both Maryland and Arizona. Now they are both facing serious health challenges and require fulltime health care at home until an alternative can be found. Ted is recovering from emergency abdominal surgery, and Linda has severely limited mobility. They need help.

A team of loving Sangha is assisting them, but professional support is definitely needed. Won't you please consider a generous gift to help them during this tough time? Funds will be used to defray the cost of visiting home health assessments and fulltime care while provisions are being made for longer term solutions.

In addition, their much-loved Pekingese companion Zeus, has had recent vet visits that need to be paid. Since Linda and Ted can no longer care for 17-year-old Zeus at home, he is now living with his loving godfather, monk Gonpo Yeshe.

Both Ted and Linda are more accustomed to giving than receiving, but now both are so grateful for any contribution you can offer. Our initial goal of $3500 will free them from the fear of the immediate bills and allow them to focus on their Dharma practice as instructed by their precious teacher Jetsunma.
