Hi. My name is Elijah Amedio and I am the youngest son of Linda Meyer. The reason my family and I are raising money is because my mother has passed away and we are asking for a little help with her final wishes expenses, some travel expenses for my brother and I (we both had to come from out of state) and to help with any additional finalizations for my mother. I have included a little tid bit about my mother. Linda Ann Meyer, 65, of Melbourne, Florida, passed away, January 10, 2024, surrounded by her family. Linda was born in St Louis, Missouri, but then moved to Florida, just a year later with her family. She is the eldest of four siblings (all brothers), a mother of two boys and a grandmother of three beautiful girls.

Linda grew up in Melbourne and was a 1976 graduate of Melbourne High School (Go Bulldogs!). She attended East Tennessee State University, where she obtained two Bachelor's Degrees, in Human Resource / Organization and General Studies. She then Graduated from Nursing School from Eastern Florida State College.

From there, her love and passion for Nursing took off like a rocket! Throughout her years in Nursing, she worked in a multitude of specialities. She worked with children, oncology patients, hospice care, nursing management, emergency services, home health care, med surge care, but her favorite was when she became a traveling nurse.

She met so many different people and got to experience many different cultures of nursing...she even did a mission trip to Mexico.

Once she had joined the church, her love for God and her passion to serve the Lord, became one of her deepest loves. She obtained her Doctorate in Divinity and became a Minister. She loved going to church, she loved helping others. She wpuld give you the very shirt from her back and the last dime she had.

She has a passion for dancing, singing and loved going to the beach. She enjoyed crafting, baking, cooking and traveling. What she had a love for the most, was her family. She loved her children more than life itself, she loved her brothers, family and friends, unconditionally, and would always try to get together whenever it was possible.
