Linda Perkin’s Journey
Donation protected
As many of you have heard, Linda has been struggling with back pain for some time, from what she thought was a work related injury. She has been out of work for weeks, going to physical therapy twice a week, trying to heal. The pain was so severe that she finally went to the Emergency Room, where they found that she had broken ribs. They also saw some troubling spots on her lung and liver. After further tests, Linda has been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer. She will be going to Dana Farber this week to meet with the best of the best and make a treatment plan, that will include chemotherapy.
There are going to be mountains of details, appointments, treatments and expenses as she fights this beast. Thankfully, her daughter, Hillary, is by her side throughout all of this and is coordinating everything!
I thought the best way that we can help right away is to raise money to at least take that worry off of Linda’s shoulders. Please donate if you can and send prayers and all good energy to Linda. It will take a village of brilliant doctors and all of her family and friends to help her through this.
