Lindsay's Hearing Aids

Hi friends, family, and really nice strangers! I'm Melissa and I'm raising money for something very, very straightforward: My best friend needs hearing aids. Big time.

I have set up this gofundme page because hearing aids are hugely expensive, not covered by insurance, and are necessary for those who have significantly impaired hearing.

Lindsay, my dear friend for 20 years or so, is an amazing person, single mother extraordinaire, incredible singer, and all around terrific person. But she doesn't have an extra $1,500 for hearing aids. This affects her quality of life and presents significant challenges while trying to live in a world where hearing is helfpul, especially when raising a toddler.

If I had the money to do this on my own, I 100% would buy this woman the hearing aids she needs. But since I don't, I'm hoping you all might consider a donation ($2, $5, $100 - it's all good!) to make this happen. In this season of giving it's a very, very real and tangible way to make an impact on a lovely human being.
