Lindgren Family

Hello,

My name is Amanda Jackson. I come to you in honor of our beloved friends, The Lindgrens. Russ passed away unexpectedly on March 27th, 2022, at his home and left behind his wife and college sweetheart Kristie (Okes) Lindgren and children Reygan (13) and Kamren (10). Russ was born in Minnesota, raised in Florida, and graduated college from East Tennessee State University. He was a star football player and member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. Russ' athletic talents led him to play arena football for the Cape Fear, Wildcats. Russ loved his family; he was a fantastic cook, loved sports and thrived on making everyone around him laugh and feel welcome and important; he was always the life of the party.

Russ was employed at Insight Global; however, approximately one year ago, he suffered a hemorrhagic stroke which forced him to be out of work. He was hopeful of returning back to work because he was the sole financial provider for his family.

I have created this go fund me page to help ease the immediate needs of the children, incoming bills, and other expenses until Kristie is able to determine future financial resources.
