Lindsay McCulloch & The McCulloch-Supina Family

Hello, my name is Katie and I am fundraising for my dear friend, Lindsay McCulloch.
A few weeks ago, Lindsay was admitted to Southlake Hospital due to internal bleeding. Well receiving three procedures and endless blood transfusions, the doctors were able to remove a piece of a mass from her bowel. She was moved to the ICU for closer monitoring and unfortunately contracted pneumonia.

After almost a weeks stay, she was able to come home and start her recovery and the unbearable wait of her tests results.

Unfortunately the results revolved what we all feared, a cancerous GIST tumor. While treatable through surgery and targeted pill therapy, the road ahead will be scary and long.
As some of you may know, the last 2 years have been a hardship on the McCulloch-Supina family. After losing their beloved dog Tucker in summer of 2021, Mark was struck with a life altering device failure in his hip and was hospitalized for 21 days. Mark was unable to return to work for sometime. To date, the family is still dealing with the aftermath and his road to recovery continues. New Years 2022, Lindsay was admitted to the hospital for five days for internal bleeding. After countless procedures, blood transfusions & too many needles to count, she was released with no real answers. During these times they turned down financial help. This is where I come in.
Perhaps you've crossed paths with Lindsay, Mark & the kids through work, school, or the vibrant hockey community. You've undoubtedly been touched by Lindsay’s infectious spirit.
The path ahead is challenging and Lindsay’s journey to recovery won't be easy. She will not be returning to work for the unforeseen future and will be dealing with a restrictive diet. She's going to need the love, support, and positive energy of her community – that's where we humbly ask for your support!
Donations, no matter the size, will go towards help around their house (meals and cleaning services), counseling support, unforeseen medical expenses and whatever else Lindsay’s recovery may require.
We will provide updates as they come. Thank you for loving and supporting our girl.
