After the tragic and unexpected death of Joe Stevens, his young family is left with deep sorrow in their hearts. Joe was the loving husband to Lindsey and father to 3-year-old Emma and has gone way too soon.

The family is understandably shocked by this loss and, unfortunately, are not prepared for all that is happening at this time. Losing a loved one is always difficult, but coping with a sudden loss adds a different element to the grieving process. It doesn’t follow a pattern and there’s often a lack of closure. There are also added financial stressors, such as the cost of planning a memorial service and the loss of Joe's income to pay for household expenses, as he was the sole financial provider for their family.

We'd like to show our support to Lindsey and Emma during this difficult time by helping them cover unexpected costs due to this sudden tragedy as well as help them to be comfortable financially as they grieve and figure out their next steps.
