Help Lindsey Kick Cancer Butt

Dearest Family and Friends,

I have an important favor to ask of you all, one that is heavy on my heart and difficult to approach, but one I hope you will all be able to open yourselves up to…

On behalf of my younger sister, Lindsey and her family, I am reaching out with difficult news... Lindsey was recently diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer following the removal of a retroperitoneal mass that was incidentally found during diagnostic studies for back pain following a car accident.

For those of you who know Lindsey, she is the most caring and giving individual you would ever meet. She is not only a loving mother, wife, sister, daughter, and aunt… she is an amazing friend and very involved with her church and community. Lindsey is only 37 years-old. She has four children [Cadence (15yo), Brody (13yo), Aynzley (8yo), and Ezra (6yo)], as well as two step children (Grace, 16yo and Shelby, 9yo). Lindsey’s children and family are her whole world. As you can imagine, this has been quite shocking to say the least, however Lindsey continues to show incredible faith and resilience in this difficult time.

Over the course of the next 6-8 weeks she will undergo a second surgery, start treatments, and have numerous medical appointments.

My hope is that we can all come together to help Lindsey and her husband Jeff with the cost of any uncovered medical bills, gas/parking, family meals, and any other unforeseen expenses as they navigate through this emotional and difficult time.
