Lion's Glaucoma Surgery
Donation protected
Lion has glaucoma in his right eye, and has to have surgery on his eye. There are three options for the surgery, at different price levels.
At the $2700 level, Lion would have surgery from an animal eye specialist that removes the fluid in his eye, but would be able to save the exterior of the eye, so he would look pretty much the same.
At the $2100 level, Lion would have surgery from an animal eye specialist that would remove his eye, and place a prosthesis in the cavity to prevent his eyelids from sinking in.
At the $1250 level, Lion would have surgery from a general practice vet.
All of these would also include pathology on the eye, which would test to see if his glaucoma was hereditary, caused by a tumor, or caused by something else. If it is hereditary or a tumor, there will be additional costs to his treatment.
