Right now Lionel is terribly sick and the hospital bills keeps shooting up in excess of 100 thousands of South African rand & this has been going on for at least 16 months. Part of what He's dealing with is an acute diabetes which has led to some amputation (I can't give so much details here for privacy sake) :(
