Help Roberts get home following father’s death

Donation protected

Lisa and Brett Roberts are a Rockford area family with 11-year-old triplets, two with autism and significant delays.

Brett works full-time and Lisa manages the significant autism advocacy required in their family.

Lisa’s father, a former pastor of small rural churches in Northern Minnesota, just passed away unexpectedly on February 13, 2020, at 88 years old.

The whole family has not been able to see Lisa’s extended family (including her parents and several siblings) since 2017 at a wedding in the Twin Cities. Given the family’s current medical bills because of the autism and more, a 2000 mile trip for an upcoming Memorial Service for their father and grandfather is nearly impossible.  Please consider helping the family make that trip from Belmont, MI to Hallock, Minnesota.

The family is still working on the timing of the services, but tentatively March 9-11, 2020 are being set aside for the memorial.
Since the girls’ autism may make air travel unworkable, the family will need the ability to take a large enough vehicle for the trip up to Hallock, Minnesota - and pay for gas, food, and lodging along the way. The family currently owns one vehicle, a VW Golf, which is not road worthy for that many miles and will not accommodate five people for an extended trip. They will need to rent a van or comparable vehicle.

We ask that you prayfully consider donating to this family to make the trip to see family and attend the memorial possible.

Thankyou so much for your support.
