Lisa and Mark Bertram

I have always prided myself on the ability to overcome life's hardships without asking for help; so please understand the magnitude of me reaching out to all of you.

Last night, my daughter Lisa, her husband Mark, and my granddaughter Thea woke up to an entire wall of their new home engulfed in flames. Only making it out with their one dog, and the other one is still missing and the clothes on their back, they lost absolutely everything. Watching my daughter witness her entire home burn to the studs is not something I will ever forget. Nothing is salvageable. After beginning a new chapter and finally finding a house that felt like home, they are forced to start completely over.

Lisa and Thea mean the absolute world to me. Although I will do everything in my own power to get navigate them through this tragedy, I humbly ask and appreciate any help.
