Lisa Boch Needs Our Help

On October 22, 2023, our beloved teammate, Lisa Boch was in a terrible accident that has resulted in her still being in the hospital today. Lisa was severely injured as a pedestrian in a parking lot accident and still remains in ICU to date. She has undergone multiple surgeries over the past few weeks which have been successful, but she still has a long way to go with additional surgeries pending. She is beginning to attempt to speak and move some of her limbs. We are very hopeful for her future and want to be an active part in her recovery. We don't know how long this recovery will take but we, her coworkers at Mead and Hunt, plan to help as much as we can.

If you know Lisa, you know that she volunteers weekly at an Animal Rescue center. She houses many cats and cares for her horse. She's been a leader in Mead and Hunt as the 2021 Admin Group Chair and as a current member of the ERG's Disability & Caregiver's Interest Group. Lisa is a huge part of what holds the Columbia, MD Office of Mead and Hunt together.

Lisa has several difficult months ahead of her for recovery. All associated expenses for her out-of-pocket cost including medical, rent, and other life-altering expenses will be well beyond her means; needless to say, the stress that she will bear during this difficult time. We are stepping up to help Lisa with some of those expenses and take the stress off her mind while she is focusing on getting back on her feet.
