Lisa Cummins

Hi, my name is Jennifer and am raising money for my father, Paul, to enable him the ability to provide a memorable and fitting farewell to his loving wife, Lisa.

Lisa and my Dad met in 1997 and fell quickly in love. They travelled to Reno, NV in 1998 and were married. They have been inseparable ever since. In 2005 they moved to Las Vegas, NV. They lived there for about 2 years and then moved back to Spokane.

Lisa was always ready to enjoy time with her children, step-children and most of all, her grandchildren. She loved loud, she loved deep, and she loved hard.

Lisa Cummins went in for a routine procedure on Tue., Oct. 3 only to not return home. After being discharged, she coded on the way to pick-up her medication at the clinic. My dad went into the clinic and asked for assistance. More than 20 staff members came out and helped bring a pulse back to Lisa. She was then transported to Sacred Heart where she was on life support and never regained consciousness. Lisa was declared deceased on Fri., Oct. 6th.

Lisa was an organ donor and donated her organs and tissue to save (or improve) someone else’s life. The procedure took place on Sun., Oct. 8th.

Her contagious smile, warm presence, and compassionate nature touched countless hearts, making her an irreplaceable part of our lives. Any contribution, no matter how big or small, will make a significant difference in alleviating the financial strain for my dad.
