In Memory of Lisa Fraser
Donation protected
It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our dear friend, Lisa Fraser. Lisa was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend who left us unexpectedly after a sudden illness on January 21st, 2024.
If you were lucky enough to have known Lisa, you would have known the amazing woman we did. Lisa was kind, thoughtful, loyal, funny, passionate, and could track down even the dodgiest of leads to get to the bottom of an investigation. She would go out of her way to help someone in need; most recently acting as Co-Chair of a National Employee Resource Group at HSBC, dedicated to supporting working parents. There are countless stories about Lisa which we could share to speak to the kind of person she was, and the impact she has had on those who knew her.
Lisa had many passions in life, but there was nothing she loved more than her family and friends. Our hearts are broken for Lisa's beloved husband, Ben, and for Edith and Lucy, her daughters whom she loved so much. Our hearts are broken for her parents and family all over the world who will miss her immeasurably. Our hearts are broken as her friends who will forever find the world duller without her in it. Our hearts are broken for the woman who had so much left to do in this world and so much more to offer it.
In honour of Lisa, we are launching this GoFundMe campaign to help support her family cover funeral expenses. Any additional funds raised will be used to support the family as they navigate this incredibly difficult time.
Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful impact. Even if you are unable to donate, sharing this campaign with your friends, family, and network can make a significant difference.
With heartfelt gratitude,
