In memory of Lisa Holmes

My sweet sweet nana, Lisa Holmes, passed away unexpectedly around midnight last night. Not only was she my nana, she was my best friend, my mom, the person I could tell anything and everything to. She was in and out of the hospital for about two years. Last night, she had a blood clot, that lead to a heart attack. It doesn’t even seem real.

Any help to cover the cost of the expenses and the medical bills would be appreciated.
