Lisa Medical stuff from Hip Surgery

Hi, I'm Stephen Lisa boyfriend I'm helping her raise funds for her hip surgery bills and test and medical expenses. I never thought I would be on here making one of these for my gourgous beautiful girlfriend but in this time of need I am. Me and her are not one to even consider asking for help, usually just taking on all the issues by ourself without saying a word however, recently she been dealt with this hip surgery. While we managed to smile through it, it's now hitting me that we cannot do this alone. All we can hope for is a little help to be able to pay what medical bills she will now face, household bills from being out of work.
