Lisa & Milo Holland Memorial
Donation protected
On Saturday, May 1, Lisa and Dan were in a seven-vehicle car crash outside of Mountain Home, Idaho. Lisa and their son, Milo, along with Lisa's sister, Laurie Bloomquist, passed away. Dan was seriously injured but is receiving treatment.
We are devastated for Dan to lose his sweet wife and son. Lisa's passing is also a huge loss to the Treasure Valley, where Lisa was a major influence on economic development in the entire valley, most recently in her employment as Economic Development Director for the City of Kuna and in her service on the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission.
As reported on Boise Dev, "Lisa Holland was a fierce advocate for the Boise valley and economic development. She worked for more than seven years for the Boise Valley Economic Partnership, helping to attract new businesses to the area.
"A Northwest Nazarene University graduate, Holland branched out in 2018, leaving BVEP for the City of Kuna – where she focused in on the fast-growing town in southern Ada County as Economic Development Director. Her passion for building a more sustainable base for the once-small town was infectious."
Anything you can contribute to memorialize Lisa's service and the life of her, her son, and her sister, and to help Dan as he recovers from this terrible tragedy, would go a long way.
All funds donated will be provided to Dan to assist with funeral costs, memorial services, and any other needs he has.
