Lisa Moreno (Maria Elisa Moreno)

On Friday December 22, 2023 Maria Elisa Moreno "Lisa" earned her wings & joined Jesus in Heaven. For the last month she was hospitalized in Fresno awaiting heart surgery that took place Dec 12th. Unfortunately she had major complications and was placed on Ecmo life support and was transferred via life flight to UC Davis in Sacramento. For a week we traveled daily to be with her hoping for a miracle that her heart would get strong enough to be removed from the Ecmo machine, however during a procedure in the 3rd attempt they found the previous heart surgery failed and her heart was not responding on its own. On Friday December 22, 2023 Jesus called her home as she was surrounded by her children & other family. My Aunt Lisa battled with health conditions all her her life including having a tracheostomy placed in 2017 leaving her with very little vocal sounds but she never gave up. She was a fighter. Her strength came from her faithfulness in the Lord. She always believed God will get her through everything. She made sure you heard her loud & clear even without a voice. She praised Jesus in every way and I know she was dancing and praising him on her way to heaven. Unfortunately finances is a challenge and I'm asking for assistance for her services to lay her to rest. Any donation is greatly appreciated. I wish you blessings in return.
