Lisa Ortiz Jimenez Memorial Fund
Family and friends I’m Tina Delgado, Lisa’s oldest niece. On behalf of her children I was asked if I would start a funding page for her.
My aunt Lisa Ortiz Jimenez, was admitted into the hospital on June 18th diagnosed with COVID-19. On Friday June 19th she was placed into ICU, on July 1st she was placed on a ventilator. My aunt has been fighting COVID-19 with everything she has and all the help from the wonderful doctors and nurses continuing help her with this battle. Due to COVID-19 her kidneys have started to fail her and she is now had to do 24 hour dialysis. As for what we don’t know what all this COVID-19 virus does to our bodies, her battle has been very difficult for her and her body as a healthy women with no underline conditions, and especially to her children and family not being able to be at her bedside to comfort her during these difficult times.
For anyone that doesn’t know my aunt Lisa, she is the light of our family and of very place she was present at. She has the most contagious Laugh, that would make you laugh just hearing her laughter. My Aunt loves everyone no matter who you are and would give you whatever she could if you needed anything and especially feed you if you came to visit her! When the COVID-19 pandemic started my aunt was laid off from her employer, my aunt doesn’t have medical insurance. She is a very responsible independent single woman that could always take care of herself financially. Unfortunately with her being in the condition she is currently in we are trying to help her financially with her bills, medical bills and any other expenses she may endure due to COVID-19 and her current health situation.
Any contribution small or big is very appropriated and we thank you all for your support. May God continue to bless you all and keep everyone safe and healthy. We also ask that you may keep my Aunt Lisa and our family in your prayer.
