Lisa Slowkowski and family

As you all know Lisa has been working at Hartford hospital BJI for the past year. Most recently she has volunteered to work for the Star Team working in the ICU'S helping out with the COVID pts. She is an excellent nurse who consistently goes above and beyond for her patients. Well now she needs our help! Let's go above and beyond for her! Her daughter is only 4 years old and is having surgery today for a brain tumor. She is all alone with Isla at CCMC. Dad cannot be there due to covid (hospital policy he is not ill).  For those who do not know, this precious baby girl was diagnosed with a brain tumor with severe hydrocephalus on Saturday. After 2 days of hell in the hospital for her,  today at 9am she is undergoing a craniotomy to remove the tumor. She is a brave little girl!   Please keep Isla, Lisa, Dad, and family,  who cannot be her,  in your thoughts and prayers. Pray for the surgeons and staff at CCMC that care for her.  Lisa says they have all been amazing through this difficult .Whatever you can help with...prayers, love and support is definitely needed.
