Lisa Vs The Melanoma Baddie

Hi. I never thought I’d have to fundraise for myself. It’s been a very quick trip from healthy and helping others to being in desperate need of help myself. In November 2022, I was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma, which is one of the most aggressive and deadly cancers. What you should about me, is I'm a fighter. I'm fighting this with my heart and my brain and a team of friends and family. I’m a fit active person who has spent my entire life trying to live a good, productive and environmentally kind life. I have always worked and volunteered for good causes over making money. My savings account has always been my community. So I’m hoping… no counting on help from you to help me stick around on this planet a little longer. The current treatment for metastatic melanoma is great for 50 % of patients. As of writing this I’m not on the right side of that 50/50 divide. I have 6 months or less to get on the right side of that line. Before I run out of road, I need to seek out the next options for beating this beast. Please help me help myself. Every little bit helps!
