Please help Lisa with her cancer treatments

Hi, my name is Megan, and I am raising funds for my mom, Lisa. She was recently diagnosed with melanoma. She had surgery to remove the tumor and test lymph nodes. The tumor was very deep and the lymph node was, indeed, infected. We are awaiting further testing to determine if it’s on any organs and to determine if it is stage 3 or 4. We are also awaiting the oncologist appointment to determine best treatment options from here.

My mom has spent her life caring for others. She’s the kind of person who will give you her last dollar. She will spoil you with gifts and cook you a huge meal, just to see you happy. She was a single mom who sacrificed everything for me and my brother. She worked the night shift for 10 years and gave up her own free time in order to give us a better life. She has been a nurse for over 30 years, and has cared for countless people. Now it’s our turn to care for her!

Mom is just 6 months away from retirement! All she wanted was to be healthy enough to enjoy retirement for a little while. She loves to garden and has the most incredible exotic garden you’ve ever seen.
