Thank you for checking out this fundraising page for my short film. I really tried to build the perfect short for both STORY and PRODUCTION. Using knowledge I've picked up from many people and many sets along the way. I am very excited to have this opportunity to be the writer/director for the first time. I am busting my ass to make sure I don't let myself or any of you down.

The Perfect Storm-

Smaller cast- focuses on relationships and dynamic/cost effective.

One Location- staying in one place allows us to maximize our dollars when it comes to locations. we've found a cabin and woods on private property! One hour outside of Los Angeles, no hotels needed. It's cheaper than going to Big Bear.

Camera work- having to limit the amount of flashy/tricky camera work and really plan out our shots to make them all worth it.

Small crew- we will all be wearing multiple hats on this one but have set it up over three days. This insures us that we are not rushing or being unsafe about anything.

Diversity- goal is to show off as much diversity as possible. Giving people opportunities they aren't normally afforded.

Growth- having the chance to do this project will help me demonstrate my abilities, style and vision. This will help me show expertise in Directing and Storytelling.

Covid- following sag protocols. (testing in 24-48 hrs prior to reporting, and weekly testing, temperature checks, and PPE).

If we can reach 8k by the end of 2021, we'll be able to film in January 2022. If we reach our full goal we'll be able to get through production and post production to a finished short film.
