Lisbeth Mendoza Is Fighting The Big “C”

Hi, this is Patricia Perez and Yesenia Lagos Goble. We would like to raise funds for

our dear friend Lisbeth Mendoza best known as Lis, she was diagnosed with Ovarian

Cancer in stage IIIC in February 2022. She had a hysterectomy and the surgeons

found 2 tumors and they were removed. She began chemo therapy in March and

since then she has been fighting this long process and with a total of 9 chemo

treatments. After her treatments she has developed anemia and kidney insufficiency

due to side effect chemotherapy drugs.

To know if she is free of Cancer cells she needs to do a Pet Scan Exam. Unfortunately

in Guatemala the waiting list for this exam is about 9 months. She will get a

humanitarian visa to come to the United States to do the test. Due to her illness she

has now absorbed a lot of medical bills, therefore, we are asking for those who can

help her financial situation.
