Chabot Park New Disc Golf Baskets, Tees, and More!
Donation protected
Help us make improvements at Chabot Disc Golf Park in San Leandro, CA!
We're excited to announce that we've received approval from the city to install new disc golf baskets and tee-pads at Little Chabot Park! However, we need your help to make this project a reality.
For years, our community has enjoyed playing disc golf at this beautiful park. Unfortunately, the baskets on the course are old, rusted, and falling apart. This not only makes the game less enjoyable but also poses a safety risk to players.
We believe that disc golf is more than just a game - it's an opportunity for players and families to bond, get outdoors, and stay active together. With your help, we can upgrade the course at Little Chabot Park with new, high-quality baskets that will not only make the game more enjoyable but also attract new players to the sport. And with the green light from the city, we can move forward with this project as soon as we reach our fundraising goal. Any additional funds will be put towards the information kiosk, lost and found box, tools and concrete benches that are used across San Leandro City parks (see photos below). The benches range from $1500 for concrete to $2800 iron. In addition to donations, we also need volunteers to help with the installation of the new baskets and tee-pads.
If you are interested in signing up for volunteering please fill out the Google form below. Our first work day is slated for May 6th!! May 20th will be our second work day and the rest are TBD.

Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference in helping us reach our goal. Please check the cost breakdown below for full cost transparency. Let's come together as a community to make Little Chabot Park an even better place to play disc golf. Thank you for your generosity!
