Little River's big operation.

Hi my name is Esme and my poor sweet girl needs a big awful operation. She's a beautiful little girl with so much love for everyone she meets, an absolute softy who just wants to love.

She needs a BIG operation on her back leg. It's classed as a pre existing condition so we've got the full bill to pay, around £4000 all together but possibly more as she's a complex case!! Trouble is her knee is in an unusual placement and twisted beyond usual parameters so the vet has to consult with a specialist to decide how best to proceed. She had to be sedated to have all her x rays done and they called me with their decision regarding her operation. It's a major surgery even if they're able to do what they hope during the operation on her leg but because of the unusual and extreme placement of her knee the surgery may be more complex. They unfortunately just don't know and won't know until she is in surgery which is why the bill may be even bigger, either way it's a really intense operation especially for such a tiny girl. Constant care for weeks afterwards too. Actually hurts to think what she's facing. We love our baby so so much so the operation isn't even a choice no matter how high the bill but let's be honest that's such a huge amount of money that we're hoping people will be happy to help before we think of selling our kidneys to raise the funds! X
