Little Sandy's Hospital Expenses
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Kat Sarracco. I have been Angela Soter's friend since 1988. Over these many years, Angela has demonstrated her generosity, love and kindness to those who are in need.
Angela has managed to keep her spirits up despite losing her job. She has not let a difficult job search affect her optimistic attitude because she is breast cancer survivor. Beating breast cancer was one of the toughest things that Angela has overcome. A couple of weeks ago, Angela was in a serious car accident that resulted in totaling her vehicle.
Despite everything that has happened, Angela kept moving forward because she has little Sandy to love and comfort her. Sandy is such a sweet doggie! When I visited recently, Sandy rushed to greet me and give me kisses.
Today, Angela and her Brother Ted rushed Sandy to the animal ER. Sandy struggled to breathe because her lungs were full of fluid. Her gums and tongue were blue from lack of oxygen. Sandy is very sick but the ER vets were able to stabilize her until a heart specialist can examine her on Monday. She will stay in the ICU so she can be monitored.
Angela has struggled with so much adversity and never complains. She just keeps trying her best and keeps moving towards a better day.
Many of us know how expensive it is to treat a doggie in the animal hospital ICU. I learned it when my beloved Oliver was in the ICU this past year.
If you can help with any amount, please make a donation for little Sandy's medical expenses. It would lighten Angela's burden and be greatly appreciated.

Thank you to everyone who donated. Waiting for an update about Sandy and how she did overnight.

Angela said that Sandy ate 50% of her chicken and that her vitals are improving.
The Doctor thinks that she will have a good night again.
Angela can't see Sandy because oxygen is being administered. She brought toys and a pillowcase so that Sandy will know that she's nearby.
Will know more on Monday, after the heart specialist looks at her echocardiogram.
