Little Warrior with Cystic Hygroma

Hi, I’m Claire, reaching out to your kind hearts.

Our cause is urgent, to raise funds for our baby Zane who faces the challenges of cystic hygroma.

We had a rough couple of months, unexpected trials came one after the other.

May 2023 - My father had a rectal mass blockage, diagnosed with Stage 3 Rectal Cancer. Due to its urgency, we used our savings for my childbirth and loaned a large amount to pay for his surgery, medications, and treatments. It gave us a lot of stress, fear of losing my father, uncertainty, and financial worries.

October 2023 - I gave birth to my precious baby, Lincoln Zane. He was born with a cyst behind the right side of the neck. The doctors noticed that it gets bigger every time he cries. He stayed at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for further observation. We used our last emergency fund to pay for the hospital bills.

February 2024 - Our little warrior was diagnosed with Cystic hygroma, a condition where fluid-filled sacs form due to a blockage in the lymphatic system. As per the Pediatric surgeon, he needs an excision surgery as soon as possible. While it may seem innocuous, it can be life-threatening, it may cause infection, airway obstruction, feeding difficulties, etc.
